Return Policy

At Yashika Trading, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return the product for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with all original components and accessories. Returns must be initiated within [X] days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your Yashika Trading independent distributor to request a return authorization number (RMA).
2. Pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the product.
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the product to the designated address provided by your distributor.
5. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange.

Please note the following conditions and limitations:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Refunds may take up to 20 days to process.
• If a product is returned without an RMA number, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund request.
• We reserve the right to reject the return if the product is not in its original condition or has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
